Hello! My name is Mrs. DiMaggio and I have been working at Joyce Kilmer since April 2016. I've always enjoyed working with children in different capacities. In addition to working at JK, I am a Site Leader for the after school program at an elementary school in East Brunswick. Also, I have coached recreational and all star cheerleading for the past 14 years. Being a positive, supportive role model has always been a priority for me in my interactions. I enjoy meeting and working with the students and helping them grow as individuals.
In my spare time, I enjoy taking walks with my husband and our newly adopted beagle, Milo, spending time at the beach, reading a good book, and coaching Jersey All Stars cheerleading in East Brunswick
Mrs. Mariam Gad

Mrs. Deborah Oest
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing major/Psychology minor) and earned a Master of Science’s degree in Marketing from Hofstra University in New York.
Having two children of my own, I have become very familiar with the elementary school’s curriculum. Since 2014, I have volunteered in both of my children’s classrooms. In December 2017, I began my career in education by becoming a Substitute Teacher in the Milltown and East Brunswick School districts. In September 2019 to present, I became an Instructional Aide at Milltown Public Schools, where I work with students on individual and group basis. My biggest joy as an Instructional Aide is to work with children and observe their daily achievements, either academically, socially, life skills and other areas.
I grew up in North Brunswick, NJ and currently reside in Milltown, NJ. I live with my husband Tim and our two daughters Alyssa and Sarah. Alyssa is eleven years old and Sarah is eight years old. Alyssa is currently in 6th grade at Joyce Kilmer School and Sarah is in third grade at Parkview School.
Mrs. Rachel Palacios
Hi! My name is Mrs. Palacios, and I am a paraprofessional in Mrs. Sansone's Pre-K classroom at Parkview. I have a deep passion for teaching, as I come from a family of teachers. My experience and love for teaching has grown over the years with working in daycares as well as being head and regional trainer for a lead cosmetic company. Currently, I am working towards my B.A. in Elementary Education, and am looking forward to having my own classroom in the near future. I sincerely enjoy working with children, and am ecstatic to be a part of a community who are collectively shaping the minds of our future generation.
On a personal note, I am married with two beautiful children, and we reside in East Windsor, NJ. During my free time, I love to spend as much time with my family as I can. We enjoy traveling, doing outdoor activities, and just curling up on the couch and relaxing while watching a movie. In summary, I am looking forward to having a wonderful year with all of our students. Go Pandas!.
