Registration Information 

New student registration is available by appointment after downloading and completing the registration packets below. Please contact the appropriate school office below to schedule an appointment with the registrar.

Open registration is available every Wednesday between 9:30 am and 11:30 am.  Please remember to bring the completed registration packet, along with the required three proofs of residency, as outlined in the registration packet. Any inquires can be directed to the appropriate school office.

Kindergarten Registration


Kindergarten Pupils who register for kindergarten must be at least five years old, on or before October 31, of the year of entrance to kindergarten.  Registration packets are available at Parkview School for all pupils planning to enter school in September from early January to mid-February between the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM.  The registration packet includes a listing of all required proofs and forms for medical information, and pupil and family data.  Completed packets are due by early March.

The Parent Information Forms should be completed in advance and brought with you along with your child's physical examination by your "own" doctor.



 Grades 1-8 Registration 


Parents/guardians expecting to register students entering Parkview and Joyce Kilmer School in grades 1 through 8, may pick up registration packets from the school offices commencing April 11 or download a copy from the above link.


 Grade One Program 

A pupil who has attained the age of at least six years old, on or before October 31 of that school year shall be admitted to first grade.  Note:  A pupil shall not qualify for enrollment into first grade after having completed an accredited non-public Kindergarten program elsewhere and not having attained the age of six years by October 31 of that school year. A pupil may be admitted to grade one if he/she has been in the first grade in another public school.




Affidavit of Residency form can be obtained through school registrar.
