Milltown Public Schools Information

Parents/Guardians,

Report cards will be open at 3:00pm today.  Our students and teachers have done an excellent job in maintaining the integrity of teaching and learning.  Teachers have made an effort to adapt the curriculum and assessments to the extent that we would expect students to have close to typical performance on their report cards, despite the difference in the remote learning platform.  Please understand that I am very sensitive to the extraordinary circumstances we are living within, so please reach out to your child’s principal if you need to discuss concerns about report card grades.

As we continue with our Virtual Schoolhouse until the Governor’s next status review date of May 15th, the administration and Board will be in discussion regarding our end of year activities within the current environment.  As things are still constantly changing, we still need to monitor the situation and as a District do what's best for the health and safety of our students and staff locally, while operating in accordance with the Governor’s executive orders.

We will be holding our first virtual Board of Education meeting on Monday at 5:00PM.  The link to the live stream will be posted on our district website along with a telephone number to join.  I look forward to seeing you all online!

Be well.

Dr. Stephanie Brown
Superintendent
