Summer Reading

Summer Reading

Students can lose up to 2 months of academic skills over the summer break.  It can then take up to 6 weeks to bring students up to speed in the Fall.  Milltown school district encourages parents to offer ways for students to continue learning over the summer through formal tutoring programs, practice books, and daily reading. Summer Reading Programs foster a love of reading.
